Proposal Document

The Odoo proposal document to the client is an official document created by us (Infinyscloud), the Odoo implementor, intended for potential customers (clients), with the aim of explaining:

1. Background

Why the client needs an ERP system like Odoo (challenges, current issues).

2. Objectives

What the client wants to achieve with ERP implementation.

3. Solutions

How Odoo ERP and its modules can meet those needs.

4. Methodology

The stages of implementation that will be used (analysis, configuration, data migration, training, go-live, support).

5. Deliverables

Concrete results that will be provided to the client (active modules, training, documentation, support).

6. Timeline

Estimated implementation time.

7. Investment / Costs

Details of licensing costs, implementation services, support.

8. Benefits

Benefits gained by the client (efficiency, integration, cost savings, data transparency).

FSD Document (Functional Specification Design)

After the proposal is approved by the client, we enter the Design & Development phase. We will create an official document, namely the FSD (Functional Specification Design) document in the Odoo ERP implementation, which explains the detailed functions of the system that will be built/customized to meet the client's needs.

Purpose of FSD

To serve as a clear guide between the client & the implementation team (what will be built).
To reduce miscommunication during development.
To serve as the basis for UAT (User Acceptance Test).
Becoming a scope control document (what is included / what is outside the scope).
Signature of the agreement between InfinysCloud & Client regarding the design application to be created.

Deliverable Document & User Manual

The Deliverable Document contains a list of outputs that will be delivered to the client at the end of the project or at each milestone.

The purpose is to ensure that the client clearly knows what will be received. This includes information on user credentials used, how to access the infrastructure, migration results, and others (usually intended for the IT department administrator).

Meanwhile, the User Manual contains guidance on how to use the system.Odoo ERPthat has been implemented at the client. The purpose of this manual is to help users understand how to access, operate, and utilize Odoo features according to their respective roles.
